Collaborative Workspaces
Collaborative workspaces that Members are able to use for things like web design, branding, drawing, planning, and any form of “remote” work. Maybe even make a new friends to share ideas with. All you need to do is pull up a chair, get to work, and see what happens. Many Member benefits.
Dedicated Desks
Need a dedicated desk and place to keep your professional items long term, no problem! We’ve got some spaces for you to make a creative nest that you can call home. The Collaborative Workspaces are still available for you to use, as well as all the benefits that come with Membership.
Private Offices & Art Studios
Have a larger team, or need something a little more private? We have a number of office spaces that can be used for your business or art studio. Renters are also given Coworking Memberships to use the Collaborative Workspaces, so you’ll be able to connect with other Members.

This location focuses primarily on professional workspaces like coworking, offices for rent, dedicated desks, and multi-purpose events spaces available to the public.

THE VORTEX
A shared warehouse studio adjacent to Campus A, where creatives have space to work on larger scale projects, like murals, installations that require high ceilings, or most things experimental.

These locations are setup by design to be a proof of concept of what’s possible by have space through COPA. As a resident tenant, APOGEE will eventually merge its locations into one building when the COPA vision is brought to life. APOGEE is one of many things that are being done to demonstrate interest in such a space. What you see is a work in progress.

If you’re looking office space rental, please contact info@copamadison.org. Price ranges between $305-$605/month, depending on the size of the office. Offices rentals include two to four Coworking Memberships, depending on the size of office that’s being rented.
